The light runs from dusk until dawn, all night, every night. How long it holds depends on how much sun the panel gets that day. A full day of sun carries it through a full night; heavy cloud cover or a shaded mailbox can shorten that.
No. The slim design fits your mailbox without interfering with mail or packages.
It is outdoor-rated and built for rain, heat, cold and snow.
Yes. The inside of a mailbox swings from freezing to very hot, and the unit is outdoor-rated and built for both. It is also backed by a one-year warranty, so if anything fails, we replace it free.
Rain does not hurt it. Snow sitting on the panel simply blocks the sun, so brush it off the way you would brush off a windshield and the panel goes back to charging normally
